Introduction: Who am I? I am a qualified, certified and experienced personal trainer and strength coach. I have been helping others get strong and pain free for over 7 years. Working in the boston area my clientele ranges from post op rehab clients to your every day warrior moms and dads. Whats my philosophy? My training philosophy is simple. I believe in smart, simple strength training with intelligent programming. Kettlebells are my first love thus why I am a StrongFirst certified kettlebell instructor. I do not "do it for the gram" the key to getting in shape is consistent hard work and embracing the process. There is no "magic pill" or exercise, master the basics first then get really damn strong. It's amazing how personal training improves not only my body but my attitude and clears my mind. This would not have happened for me if I didn't have Alex as my PT. I am a 62 year old female and I've progressed so much working with him. There is so much to say about him, but Alex is the best. He is constantly seeking to stay current on training styles. He understands me and listens to what I am looking to achieve. He adjusts his style to my level to help me progress. He's careful, very observant and motivating. I've progressed so much working with Alex. He keeps me from injury especially with lifts. He starts me off slowly until I can master a goal before moving to the next one. He is patient and listens. He is focused and disciplined to say the least. He really cares about his clients. Working with Alex has improved my exercise, health and nutrition goals. I totally endorse and encourage others to train with him.

I worked with Alex for a couple years, and really enjoyed it. Our sessions were always very challenging but also fun. I would have definitely continued had I not moved away from Boston.

Alex is a really great trainer. As someone has never worked with a personal trainer before, he really makes things accessible. I've noticed significant strength gains in areas that were underappreciated before I worked him (glutes and core) and these in turn have had a very positive effect on my every day life. There are days when something is sore, and we work around that limitation. Alex really listens and your work together is a partnership.
