- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to book cases 48 hours in advance so that we can plan to get it right. We have hourly rates and we can also do a flat rate if it is going to be extensive time. We always try to work within your budget. We never charge for mileage. copies, phone calls , e-mails or reports.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do everything we can to help you . We never charge for calls or texting or communication. We are available of all times of day and night and put you first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started in 1987 and worked hard to develop all the right techniques. Developed and teach training programs that are updated every week. Technical training such as GPS where it is legal and the use of such techniques. We continue.to.learn more and more about the newest.technology.to.stay.above the curve. We also teach our skills to new and upcoming investigators.
