- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a base rate of $100 and .50¢ per mile fee for travel. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obtaining name, contact information, person or place of reference, what is there wellness goal, am I capable of assisting them in their goals? If I am move forward to finding compatible availability, discuss pricing, receive deposit, work on client, discuss results and wellness plan if by chance I am not able to effectively provide for client I shall refer them out to someone that may.
