- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each is job is different and each customer has different budgets but we work with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I go to see their place and look at the project. After the meeting my suggestion is that we need to have drawings to get them an accurate price and to present the drawings to the city. Then if we agree we make an agreement contract and then I present the project to city's building department to get a building permit to start the work. Then we plan on how long the job is going to take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my knowledge I learned in the field. And we provide all licenses and requirements legally to each town and insurance as well
