I cannot say enough good things about their team. Nearly sent four people over to clean a four bedroom two bath house and they were done in under two hours. I have never seen the house look so good even though we vacuum and wash our carpets every other week. We will be working with them again more regularly.

Keep their words about doing the following “Ok deep cleaning we do all basboards all doors ,windows ,fans ,remove cob webs ,dusting all surfaces ,all cabinets outside ,mirrors ,portrait frames ,clean all apliances on top and sides , ,clean outlets, light fixtute if we can reach” they said they were gonna provide three people for two hours and ended up being two people for four hours, but they really didn’t do much around the house. I had experienced my mom‘s death a week before and had people coming to the home that day to start preparing for the week so I did not have time to run around checking every little thing they did. They primarily mopped, vacuumed, cleaned one fridge and o e tub but that’s not what we agreed to. The. the people they sent couldn’t speak english so I had to keep texting with the owner which was frustrating. Me being me I didn’t want to take it out on the cleaners cause you can see they are new here but this is not a service I would use again. They don’t know how to do any type of Deep cleaning. they did not dust or clean any surfaces in any of the bedrooms as proposed. Would not hire them again as previously stated. They scratched my kitchen glass table and told me I probably did it.

Unfortunately this lady was having a bad day for loosing a family member then she got all her frustration on my team, she lied about the size of her house and when I asked why she just got mad and start to complain, the team was there for 4 hours when they finished she said everything was fine and paid after I gave her a discount of 10 percent, then few days later she said my team scratched her glass table ,and I never said was her I just said it could not be my team because we only need a surface cleaner and a rag to clean glass so no sharp thing was used on her table, I forgive her for this unnecessary review and really hope she will get better soon! God bless her
