- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer and find out exactly what they are looking for in a project. Then offer a few ideas or tips. Then we usually do a walkthrough to picture the finished project a bit better and work out the logistics for materials and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained as an arborist in MA worked under a few contractors in a few fields starting with roofing which is very hard on the body so I worked my way into more technical work or jobs that don’t demand so much physical abuse.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father has always been handy and owns a large restoration company in New England. I also had a great French teacher Phil Fyrr that was extremely talented and very particular about getting things done right. He taught me a lot of skills I didn’t learn from my old man.
