I hired this company to change my water heater. He charged me $1100 initially to install a new electric water heater (That’s about $550 for labor after subtracting the materials). I paid him for the job and two days later I noticed a leak in the heater. Even though I informed him right away, It took him 3 weeks to come back and take care of the problem. It turns out the water heater he installed was defective. He demanded that I pay him labor again for reinstalling. This is unprofessional. When you take a job and agree on a price, you should guarantee your work and it is your responsibility to make sure everything is in order. If you have to come back and fix a problem, you should not demand more money. Very unprofessional!

Yes we charge reinstall fee if it's manufacturer defect,if it was my workmanship inwould had to buy new water heater and install out of my pocket. 5 hours of work and transportation of water heater to depot and back and install needs to be compensated for nothing in this world is free!

We contracted with Matt to remove carpet and lay plank laminate to match the floors in the rest of the house. Matt brought in his “floor guy” Josh who spent the next 2 1/2 days installing 22 boxes of flooring. Both Matt and Josh were personable, good at their jobs and cleaned up well at the end of each day. We would recommend A&M Painting & Handyman Services for flooring. We plan to try A & M Painting for other projects that need to be done in our new hone.
