The condo I purchased was filthy. Ellen did an amazing job scrubbing the multiple layers of filth from every corner of the home. Three hours of work had it clean and a little white wash brought it back to a inhabitable environment!

Ellen just did a killer job getting my grimy Cambridge apartment back to top shape before I turned in the keys. The floors were gleaming when I came back; the fridge looked flawless; etc. She was also communicative and punctual. It was a hot summer day when she came, and though I'd opened the windows, it was still really warm in the apartment, and she still got the place looking flawless. She also made it really easy by accepting Venmo.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my price for hour is $45, but I like to see the job before to be done, because the price can change depending of frequency, size and skills of the job. I think it's fair for both parts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we start a contact, schedule an day and time to see the new job and meet my customer after that we talk about price and the job that need to be done, for last we need just to setup a day to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I never did any training or course for this job but I learned as a child that I should organize my belongings, clean my dirt and help with the tasks at home, I realized over time that I have talent for this job.
