Her culinary skills are superb. My health has improved dramatically, and these organic meals, from locally sourced ingredients, have changed my life.

She even took the time and energy to learn how to make Gluten free foods and was amazing and made all of her food with love which I believe is one of the reasons why all her food was amazing and why she had regular customers on a regular basis.
Brendan came to the house to give my 9 year grandson a cooking lesson. H chose Italian from a list sent by Brendan and Chicken Rollatini as the main course. H had the time of his life!! Brendan explained and demonstrated but allowed H to do the work. Brendan chose not to wear his Chef's whites because he didn't want to intimidate H. It was an incredible experience (with delicious results) and I would happily recommend him to anyone who asks!!!
