Brian came out and took a look at the damage done to the soffit/fascia of the roof and confirmed that it was a squirrel (our insurance adjuster said the same when they came out to look at the damage which we thought was from the hail and rain we had from a previous storm). He gave me a couple of options and did not make me feel pressured. The only issue which was not his fault is we were planning on paying via credit card because that is what Thumbtack said he took for payment and it was either cash or check. Next time I use Thumbtack I will be sure to ask the service/contractor what they take for payment. He did say he knew it was an issue and has tried to correct it but it is an issue on Thumbtack's end.

Brian and team came out to perform some preventative work on my roof deck after I found a family of raccoons living in the crawl space. Will plan to call Brian again in the future for any wildlife/animal control issues, great guy for the job and very pleasant to work with.

B&E Wildlife did a great job at my house. They filled in gaps, sprayed the foundation, and set some traps. They finished their work in a timely fashion and were quite affordable. I recommend them to anyone looking for extermination/pest work.

Quotes can change, we are quoting you based on the information you provide before actually speaking with us. Once we truly speak and assess we can provide a much more accurate quote. We also offer discounts almost all year round, just ask about our current deals!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically start with a phone call and discuss the problem the customer is having. With that information I will advise them in what we believe the solution would be. Then we will usually discuss a time to get together so I can show them my plan of action and get the job done.
