I’ve constructed houses, garages, decks, stairs, house additions, basements, I’ve replaced windows, doors, as well as sliding doors, laminated flooring, built porches, sheds, dormers, opened the wall between kitchen, dining room and living room. I’ve also cut a wall for sliding doors, windows, doors, I install vinyl fence. I hired Miguel and his team to repair water damage around my patio door to the deck, including damage in the framing. The job required detaching and reinstalling part of the deck, and Miguel handled it with skill and professionalism from start to finish. He is very responsive, pays close attention to detail, and addressed every concern I had right away. The quality of his work is outstanding, his pricing is fair, and his expertise really shows. Our first project involved the significant task of removing our precast concrete steps and constructing beautiful new front steps using wood and composite materials. We walked the project together and he came up with an excellent solution to remove an interior wall that connected two rooms. This was a difficult project because of an angled ceiling meeting a flat ceiling. Great communication about scheduling and pricing of the work. Completed within budget and faster than expected. Miguel and his team renovated our back deck and we were so happy with his work! He was on time, communicated the job details and worked with us to give us a fantastic outcome. I want to note that the week he did the job we were on a tight deadline which he was able to deliver on, in the middle of a heat wave no less. There was some structural issues with our deck which he addressed and completed along with the trex installment. We are so happy with his work and the experience we will hire him again for future projects. We are lucky to have found him!
