- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined mainly on a couple of factors. For the most part jobs are either priced on square footage or time, price of materials are incorporated into our price, if we are providing them and often there are extras that will be listed as line items as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to meet on site with the customer for a consultation. We offer any design ideas and guidance necessary to help the client achieve what he or she is looking for. We then prepare an estimate and provide dates for the project. that best suits everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I entered the construction field at a very young age right out of high school and learn the art of my trade from another season professional. And I continue to educate myself with all the latest technology and products that are available on the market today.
