O’Dair did an excellent job on our basement tile floor. Precision work. He was professional and it was easy to communicate my goals. He cleaned up the worksite and was a pleasure to do business. I have already hired him for a second job installing cabinets in my basement kitchenette and recommended him to two other friends. I will call him again. The photos here are right before he did the last step of wiping the tiles.

I had a leak that I assumed was a window. They worked with me over a course of weeks testing and fixing until the leak was resolved, which requires new windows and installed new siding around it. Fairly priced and good quality.

We had our wood deck repaired and repainted, which included cutting out and repairing rotten segments of boards and railing. The work was completed before other contractors were even getting back to me about quotes! Everything looks great, I wouldn’t be able to tell you where the repairs were even done they’re so seamless. The only part I wish I had clarified before the project is that all the rotten wood was just stashed under my deck rather than hauled away so now I have to drag it out and dispose myself, wish I had clarified I wanted that clean up done beforehand. But otherwise, it looks great and I just wish it would stop raining so we can enjoy the deck!
