Anita was tremendous. She was timely, organized, calm, kind, capable, and versatile. She responded gently to the differing needs of our diverse group and led us skillfully with easy directions thru multiple poses and some breath work. On a recent day, we found ourselves in need of a yoga teacher and despite her own unavailability, Anita found a teacher for us! She is generous in so many ways with her words and time, we would be blessed to hire her again. Thank you Anita! Tracy Wash, DC
Angela was great, I have been going to see her for a couple months now. She has been showing me how to meditate and try to slow my mind down so that we can clear away the negative energy surrounding me. She makes me feel comfortable, at ease and I always leave in a much more calmer state of mind than when I got there. I am crossing my fingers that I continue to get what I was looking for when I first came in to see her.
Cathy is an incredible yoga teacher! She remembers everyone's trouble areas/weaknesses and accommodates all levels of yoga. You will feel comfortable in class and amazing during and after! I highly recommend this studio regardless of how familiar you are with yoga :)
I've practiced with Tim at the Broga studio in Somerville and attended a retreat where he held guided meditations. His classes were consistently amazing. The right blend of functional fitness and traditional yoga. He watches his students and makes the proper adjustments when needed and helps tailor the class for his students. He's starting a new morning class and I will actually rearrange my work schedule just to be able to catch that class.
Linda has wonderful energy, and is a creative and thoughtful yoga teacher with a terrific sense of humor. She exudes warmth and love for her clients, and helps them embrace themselves as they are.
I went in to meet with Beef not knowing exactly what to expect with the blend of Qigong, guided meditation, and reiki. Turns out it was exactly what I needed. Beef not only gave me a great reiki session, but some breathing exercises to take home with me to enhance/continue my experience. Great guy, great attitude, and great stories to share. Always great to meet professionals who not only have great service/knowledge but are also good people to sit and talk with. I'll definitely be back!
Chavi is an amazing meditation teacher and a divine human being. I attended her first meditation class in Cambridge and immediately knew that she was the real deal. Over the course of the next year or so my meditation practice grew and blossomed in such deep and beautiful ways I couldn't even have imagined. Chavi's gentle meditation guidance and discussions after meditation are very helpful and help bring a deeper level of understanding. I moved South for work and miss her very much. I still use her meditation techniques and am so grateful for her.
The yoga lessons with Sara were very helpful for improving yoga poses and for better general daily movement. She teaches with an understanding of how the poses can be done naturally and safely; and in a way that maximizes the benefits and minimizes the risks.
Krista is wonderful to work with, my team really enjoys her yoga sessions and looks forward to seeing her every Thursday. She brings a calmness to our office that is priceless in our crazy startup world!
I was very fortunate to hear about Steve from my yoga teacher. Steve is a true healer. I came to him with back discomfort and emotional pain. I came out of his office feeling light as a snowflake, physically and spiritually. This session has given me a burst of energy I needed to get over a difficult moment in life. Ever since Steve helped me, I've felt more aware of imbalances in my posture. I feel a muscle relieve and a calmer breath when I just remember his healing touch. I will definitely treat myself to his services again.
Cheryl is an exceptional teacher who loves what she does. Her classes are always interesting, varied, and paced so students get results. I have had many yoga teachers. By far, Cheryl is the best trainer and educator I have had. She takes the time to explain what the breath and forms do for the body and why we should do them not just how. She is attentive to the wide range of strengths and challenges of each student and protects us from ourselves, reminding us not to push for 100% of each pose. When I started with Cheryl two years ago, I had a very bad back and very tight muscles. My strength, flexibility, and balance are vastly improved. I am very loyal to her classes because they are the reason for my improved well-being.
Dave has been an inspiring instructor and provides an excellent class in the ancient art of Qi. His relaxed manner and timing to the music promotes meditation and relaxation while doing the exercises which have been very good for my back and joints and improved my flexibility. I can do some of them standing and some sitting. I look forward to the classes.
Heather is an incredible yoga teacher - her meticulous attention to alignment and proper form when doing adjustments is superb and has allowed me to avoid injury due to poor form and has helped me immensely in my yoga practice. This attention is only surpassed by the wonderful calming energy and encouragement she brings to her classes. I highly recommend!
Julie is very knowledgeable on the body to mind connection especially in regards to where emotion is stored or blocked within the body. She leads beautiful meditation sessions. I have also received a life activation from her and have definitely noticed a transformation in my life since. Thank you Julie!!!
Melanie has been an absolute God-send in my life. Whether I'm attending her meditation classes or one-on-one reiki sessions, I can count on Melanie to bring mindfulness, peace, and love into my life through her energy and in how she teaches me skills to take care of my spiritual self. Love!
Seth is a highly qualified and very encouraging teacher of meditation. I have witnessed his work with students and adults in small and large groups. He has a depth and breadth of knowledge that can only be developed over years of mindful practice. He is also a talented and intuitive Healer who provides a safe and sacred space in which to relax, heal, and learn. I would highly recommend Seth's services without hesitation to any individual or group who is looking to expand your skill in Mindfulness, team building, healthy living, and stress reduction.
Namaste' Loves ,My services are extremely unique and specific to my clients.I teach Meditation of all types because different types of meditation explore consciousness in different ways.including Mindful and Manifestation Meditations involve dispassionate observation of the breath, body states, thoughts or emotions. The brain wave pattern of internal focusing, theta (5-8 Hz), is seen during these meditations. Theta is observed in the brain any time we monitor or observe internal mental processes,Transcendental During this state we see the brain wave pattern of maximum alertness or mental clarity, alpha1 (8-10 Hz),Zen, Compassion, Qigong, Kundalini Yoga and Vipassana involve concentration and control of the mind. The brain wave pattern characteristic of such “externally” focused practices is called gamma (20-50 Hz). Indeed, gamma waves are seen whenever we focus our attention, even outside of meditation. My services stand out because we figure out together what type is best for you and/or your group. There are 4 phases to my business that sets us apart from the rest we offer private tutoring as well as in a group setting and in the form of private small retreats usually in a luxurious private tropical place in an extreme spa setting in small groups up to 12 for the Maximum immersion can bloom. My favorite and I believe most important is teaching children I call them my Mindful Munchkins as young as age 3 privately or in Groups of up to 15.They are not like us all blocked and filled with worries so they readily accept and use quite quickly all the forms I teach Mindful Munchkins Meditation Techniques for Children What You can expect.... *Helps your child focus in School ,Finishing Daily Tasks,Homework and Studies with a smile. *Builds your child's self esteem, self awareness and their impact on the world around them. *Creativity and Idea Forming through mindful activities using Art, Music, Storytelling along with civic minded community events *Happy Healthy Little People Mindful Munchkins is a softly guided path to shaping our world into the place it was meant to be.Children that grow into the actual creators of Love ,Peace and Happiness in our world. Rather than one size fits all, the method is custom designed to the specific needs of the individual. Together, we will identify the one thing that is holding you back right now and create a personalized treatment plan that you can integrate into your everyday life.

I think my work stands out because of my further education and training in yoga therapy, stress management and resiliency. Searching for oneness with my profession and my passion, I began exploring ways to bring my yoga knowledge to my work in Human Resources. On a daily basis, I observed the ill effects of stress on colleagues and the employees I supported. I felt inspired to learn and share techniques to promote well-being and transform stress. Guided by this intention to serve, I discovered yoga therapy training as a way to deepen my understanding of yoga and gain new insights about whole person health. My training with Massachusetts General Hospital furthered my understanding of meditation and relaxation techniques that have been validated by scientific research to reduce stress and promote resiliency. Some people want to know there is evidence to demonstrate the effectiveness. Others know from their own personal experience. Either way, it works!
