I'm not very good at writing my own resume. I needed help with my resume fast. Melinda got a draft to me in less than 24 hours! She then sent a great cover letter the very next day! Both looked great! She spent a good hour on the phone with me asking lots of great questions. She really tailored it just for me. She definitely isn't like the large resume writing services where they just churn out resumes based on very little information.
