FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I focus on understanding a new customer's goal or problem, it is truly important to understand thoroughly what the client is looking for. Next, I describe (in plain English) what the possible solutions are to meet the customer's goal or to solve their problem. Then, once the client is comfortable with the proposed solution, I implement that solution. Last, I work with the customer to explain what I did, and ensure they have a full understanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience and training matter. I have worked for multiple institutions since I was in the eighth grade, starting off as a helpdesk technician, and working my way up to an IT & Network Administrator for a school district. All while still working with other clients through Coastline Technology. I completed a rigorous IT curriculum at my career technical high school, earned my CompTIA A+, and Net+ Certifications, and continue to educate myself through many training avenues on everything from virus removal, to an advanced wireless configuration.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a wide verity of clients, including many home customer, looking for a computer fix or tune up, small businesses looking to maximize their business with the use of technology, and many basic users looking for simple training services like how to use their iPads, to advanced users looking to work in programs like Microsoft Excel.
