I needed to replace my garage door and had a specific door in mind. MGM informed me that the door I wanted would take 8-10 weeks to arrive, I didn’t want to wait that long. MGM called around and gave me similar options that wouldn’t take as long and informed me of updates as he found out new information. I sent him another style that I found and he responded immediately that he could find it in stock and install the following day. I appreciated Levi for trying so hard to help me find a resolution because he knew I needed a garage door asap. I had other bids from other companies and Levi’s price was the best value as well as the warranty. He came out in the rain and installed the door in a timely manner as I had other plans and didn’t have a lot of time to have it installed. Levi was extremely friendly, VERY responsive, professional, did an amazing job installing the door and the door was top quality…I couldn’t believe that I was getting all of those qualities at such a great price! I will be telling all of my friends about this company and would absolutely use their service again!

Our garage door was stuck in the late afternoon and they were able to come out and take a look the following morning. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get it working again -- turned out it was jammed in a way I never would have guessed. Although nothing was damaged, he did a quick tune up of the door and it was running smoother than it had been before the jam. He then gave me a few tips for how to handle issues like this in the future. I don't have a good point of comparison for price, but it seemed reasonable.
