Introduction: I get most of my clients from word of mouth. And my business is very personable and small so clients pets get more attention to be taking care of. It is a home environment not a kennel. I love every part of my job. From Grooming to having pets stay with me I feel like there all my pets. They bring me lots of love and comfort. Its not just a job I enjoy doing my job and without pets in my life I would be lost. Dog and Cats are wonderful pets to be around.

Hired on Thumbtack

Messaged the business and never received a response. Not sure how you can run a business and not respond to people. Also shows a lack of responsibility when your job is to watch animals. I will add/change my review since owner responded. So basically not worth your time so you just don’t bother responding, good way of running a business! I totally understand the Thumbtack lead service as my business is also on here and is highly rated. If you had a basic understanding of business you would know that this service could expand your business if used poperly. You would also know that you get charged when the customer responds, not when you respond. You have your Thumbtack match service setup to auto reply for job matches (May want to turn that off if you don’t want work). With the match service on you will get charged as soon as the customer messages you. We actually need some one on a regular basis to watch our dog, so the job you considered not to be worth your time would have been week worth the $6-$10 lead few. Also you mention Google, well Thumbtack profiles and reviews actually show up very often on Googles first page!

Brandon I never received your message. I've been getting a lot of leads from out of state from thumbtack that are not worth for me to look at. I'm unhappy with thumbtack and if I did get your message I would have responded. Did I ask you to call or text me in a message. If I did I did it because I have not been seeing the messages coming back. And I'm sorry for that. A Lote of miss communication with thumbtack. Sincerely Cindy

I've always wanted to work with pets and started my business 20 years ago as a pet sitter and added on to my business as the years went on. I now have grooming, doggie day care, Boarding your dogs at my home wile your away on vacation and dog and cat sitting at clients homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
If a dog get sick or gets some kind of infection. Ill go out of my way to help them. And make sure the owner is aware of any info wile there away on vacation by e-mail or phone. I try not to worry the owners and help there pets myself before needed to go to the vet.
