My rates reflect fair compensation for quality work: $50/hr for troubleshooting, $75/hr for builds and major upgrades. Same-day service includes a $20 travel fee. Clear upfront estimates, detailed explanations, follow-up support, and parts sourcing at cost (no markup). If the job takes less time than estimated, you pay for actual time worked. Open to discussing adjusted rates for students, veterans, and seniors facing constraints. I present both immediate fixes and longer-term solutions so you can make informed decisions. No hidden fees, no pressure tactics—just honest service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our work together starts with listening to your specific situation—not just the tech problem, but what you're trying to accomplish. Every challenge exists within a broader context. My capabilities developed through interconnected experience—formal education, military training, and persistent problem-solving. Technical skills: Six custom PC builds.
