Introduction: WANT TO MOVE? Has it been awhile? Do you have limitations? I can help! That’s my passion! I help people get back into moving again and feeling great in their body. I also have clients that are physically challenged. I do a postural assessment and functional movement when we meet to see what area you need the most attention. We focus on your goals. I have 14 years experience Personal Training and 20 years in the fitness field ( Functional Movement, Yoga, Pilates and Massage Therapy). I have been teaching yoga since 2005 and can help with relaxation using breathing techniques and self care.

Eileen has helped me at multiple times over the years with different issues in my body, from correcting rooted posture problems to fixing a severe tennis elbow. She has a deep knowledge of the human body and alternates a wide range of exercises to address particular points in order to teach the body to find its own balance and gain strength at the same time. Her sessions are always fun and one ends feeling healthier and invigorated. Currently my two college age daughters are training with her and absolutely love every session. Eileen’s amazing good energy is always contagious and I am very grateful that they have this time with her.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a 4 year degree in Movement Education at Burlington College in Vermont. I’m Certified in the Egoscue Method as a Postural Alignment Therapist. I am a certified Yoga instructor and a certified Pilates instructor. I’m also a licensed massage therapist! I’m also trained in Functional Personal Training which is focused on alignment versus bodybuilding.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I’ve been an athlete My whole life and I’m 61 and very fit. It’s my passion to keep on moving and being healthy!

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    In the fall of 2019 I did a Shoulder Workshop for swimmers and anyone with shoulder issues at Simons Rock College. I also did a workshop there on the low back which was my favorite!
