- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts at $150 per vent line, typically capping at $250 for complex projects involving ladder & roof work. We provide discounts for senior citizens & veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a discussion about the nature of the project, such as if the dryer is functional, taking a long time to dry, or the customer is just looking for preventative maintenance to keep their dryer operating efficiently & safely. We can normally give a price before coming out. However, if the specifics aren't known we will give a price before we get started, after the onsite inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has cleaned air ducts & dryer vents for over 20 years, and has cleaned 1000s of residential dryer & air ducts. He's also been involved with extremely large projects such as commercial ventilation projects in hotels, grocery stores, laundromats, hospitals & others.
