We hired Flawless Construction for multiple projects at our place in Andover. The project included a 4 seasons porch, composite deck, patio and walkway paving, retaining wall, asphalt driveway, irrigation, landscaping and tree cutting. Although there were some hiccups during the project with some delays, overall we have been happy with the quality of work that was done. The workers were good about getting the work done efficiently and cleaning up the place upon completion of the work. We will consider them again in the future if we have other projects.

We had a sunroom demolished and a new deck installed by Murio's team. The deck came out fantastic. When there was an issue with the concrete, the team came out again and replaced it. Great work, highly recommended!

We recently had Flawless Construction help us with some Ipe wood deck repairs, cleaning, and re-finishing/painting. It looks beautiful! They breathed new life into the look of our deck. It's important to mention how pleasant the entire experience was. Communications was pro-active, personalized, and timely. The team had me check the work and did not stop until I was happy with some final details. That is the level of professionalism and service I loo for and FC delivers.

We recently had our basement finished with Flawless construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was smooth and well-organized. The team was professional, punctual, and patient to work with. The quality of workmanship is excellent — clean finishes, great attention to detail, and everything was done exactly as discussed. Any questions or small changes we had along the way were addressed quickly and professionally. The crew kept the space clean and respected our home throughout the project. In fact, the team’s recommendations for the overall basement design and layout helped us design it even better for a toddler-friendly play space. Their input was thoughtful and practical, and it made a big difference in how functional the space turned out. Our basement has been completely transformed into a beautiful, functional living space.
