Before reaching out, please read this carefully:
We invest significantly in every lead, so we kindly ask that you do NOT request an estimate if:
• Your project budget is under $10,000 – we are currently focusing on larger projects.
• You’re simply collecting quotes with no clear intention to proceed.
• You’re not planning to move forward within the next 3 months.
• Your main deciding factor is price – we focus on delivering value, not being the cheapest.
At Flawless Construction & Development, we’ve built a strong reputation with 120+ verified reviews and over 450 hires on Thumbtack because we believe communication and transparency are the foundation of a great customer experience.
We don’t need to mention quality — because for us, quality is the bare minimum.
We are fully insured with Liability and Worker’s Compensation, and properly licensed with both Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) and Construction Supervisor License (CSL). All of our crew members are trained and certified under OSHA and Lead Safety regulations to ensure a safe and professional job site.
Our pricing is competitive — not the cheapest, but fair — reflecting the structure, safety, and support we offer to provide you with the best possible experience.

Murilo and his team did an amazing job on our renovation! The job was a full basementfinishing with a full bathroom and laundry that has added so much functionality to our house in Salem, NH.
Murilo was great to work with and from the beginning was accommodating with our budget, some building constraints, and some quirks from the original home. In planning, he suggested changes to scope that ultimately fit our budget and shared a layout early on. We worked with him on upgrading our original plan to get a full tiled shower and he was able to problem solve our radon meter and water main to be fully accessible. He also helped us troubleshoot some issues we had with ice dams from the harsh 2025-'26 winter that threatened the project. He was available every time we needed and made the project run as smooth as possible, and even helped through slow inspections through our town.
His team was super helpful with the day-to-day work. They brought us into any decisions, but generally they were quiet and unobtrusive to our everyday. Very friendly and helped to make suggestions on materials or how to install things that would meet our expectations. A few of them helped me dig out after all the snowstorms that year!
Great team, great final product. The project added so much functionality and value to our house since it was so well done.

We used Flawless Construction for an extensive home renovation in Medford, MA. The scope of work for our project included 2 bathroom additions, a kitchen renovation, and hardwood floor installation. Murilo met with us multiple times to understand what work we were envisioning, and gave us comprehensive, transparent, and competitive quotes for the work involved. Murilo and his team handled all permit applications and coordinated all inspections required throughout the entire project. My partner and I picked out, purchased, and inventoried most of the finishing materials for the project on-site, including kitchen appliances, tile, grout, vanity, faucets, toilets, cabinets, and sinks. Murilo and his subcontractors handled procurement of all construction materials and hardwood required.
Murilo’s subcontractors were all professional, friendly, and did high quality work. In the few occasions when we pointed out to Murilo mistakes or workmanship that wasn’t up to our standards, he’d almost always make sure it was corrected at no additional cost to us to make things right. We put our deposit down in mid-July and submitted our final payment just before Christmas, so the entire project was completed in about 5 months – but the bulk of the work was completed earlier and in the order that we had dictated (we wanted the hardwood floors and kitchen prioritized ahead of the bathrooms, since we had an existing bathroom that was still functional).
Murilo communicated with us via group text throughout the project to keep us looped in on how work was progressing. He also stopped by to walk through the final bill in person (we added some scope over the course of the project, as you do), and also hand-delivered a personal gift at the end of our project. We’ve already recommended him to multiple of our friends in the area considering renovation work, and are happy customers who are glad that we chose to work with him on this renovation!
Note that Murilo does not handle shower glass – we used Luxe and were very happy with them.

We recently had our basementfinished with Flawless construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was smooth and well-organized. The team was professional, punctual, and patient to work with.
The quality of workmanship is excellent — clean finishes, great attention to detail, and everything was done exactly as discussed. Any questions or small changes we had along the way were addressed quickly and professionally. The crew kept the space clean and respected our home throughout the project.
In fact, the team’s recommendations for the overall basement design and layout helped us design it even better for a toddler-friendly play space. Their input was thoughtful and practical, and it made a big difference in how functional the space turned out.
Our basement has been completely transformed into a beautiful, functional living space. We would highly recommend Murilo and his team to anyone looking for basementfinishing or home renovation work.

We hired Flawless Construction & Development for a major exterior renovation on our home in Groton, MA. The scope was ambitious: full stone veneer install across the front elevation, metal roofing over front and back porches, complete PVC trim + fascia + soffit + frieze board replacement, new white cedar shingle repainting, exterior door painting, 22 new shutters, 6" seamless gutters, back sliding glass door replacement, back porch ceiling install, front porch railing, back porch railing on granite steps, front walkway paver install, fence replacement with gates, and more. It touched almost every trade — carpentry, roofing, masonry, hardscaping, painting, plus coordination with electrical work happening in parallel.
Murilo (owner) ran the whole thing with clarity and integrity. He was accessible on text every day, transparent about design tradeoffs, and creative about accommodating our unusual asks (LED channel spacing in the walkway, PVC doorbell mounting panel, custom soffit lighting prep). When change orders came up — because they always do on projects this size — he explained the reasoning and priced them fairly. He even absorbed cost overruns on his own end without passing them to us.
The crew is what really makes this company. Every single person who worked on our project — carpenters, painters, hardscapers, masons — was professional, polite, respectful of our home and our dog, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every workday. The workmanship is high quality across the board. When we found small issues during the punch-list walkthrough, they were addressed immediately, no pushback.
Timeline: the project ran about as long as you'd expect for this scope (roughly 4-5 months of active work). Progress was consistent throughout, communication frequent, and the final walkthrough left us with essentially nothing outstanding.
The result is transformative. Our home looks completely new — like a magazine spread. Neighbors have stopped by multiple times to ask who did the work. We are already planning to hire Flawless again for interior projects next year, and would recommend Murilo and his team to anyone considering a substantial home renovation. Best contractor experience we've ever had.

We had a wonderful experience with Flawless Construction. They rebuilt both our front and back porches, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone on their team was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. They completed the projects quickly and handled all of the permits and inspections, making everything completely stress-free for us. The quality of their work is outstanding, and both porches turned out beautiful. We are so grateful for their hard work and attention to detail. We highly recommend Flawless Construction to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and a team that truly cares about their customers.
