We recently had our basement finished with Flawless construction, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was smooth and well-organized. The team was professional, punctual, and patient to work with. The quality of workmanship is excellent — clean finishes, great attention to detail, and everything was done exactly as discussed. Any questions or small changes we had along the way were addressed quickly and professionally. The crew kept the space clean and respected our home throughout the project. In fact, the team’s recommendations for the overall basement design and layout helped us design it even better for a toddler-friendly play space. Their input was thoughtful and practical, and it made a big difference in how functional the space turned out. Our basement has been completely transformed into a beautiful, functional living space. We would highly recommend Murilo and his team to anyone looking for basement finishing or home renovation work.

Murilo and his team did an amazing job on our renovation! The job was a full basement finishing with a full bathroom and laundry that has added so much functionality to our house in Salem, NH. Murilo was great to work with and from the beginning was accommodating with our budget, some building constraints, and some quirks from the original home. In planning, he suggested changes to scope that ultimately fit our budget and shared a layout early on. We worked with him on upgrading our original plan to get a full tiled shower and he was able to problem solve our radon meter and water main to be fully accessible. He also helped us troubleshoot some issues we had with ice dams from the harsh 2025-'26 winter that threatened the project. He was available every time we needed and made the project run as smooth as possible, and even helped through slow inspections through our town. His team was super helpful with the day-to-day work. They brought us into any decisions, but generally they were quiet and unobtrusive to our everyday. Very friendly and helped to make suggestions on materials or how to install things that would meet our expectations. A few of them helped me dig out after all the snowstorms that year! Great team, great final product. The project added so much functionality and value to our house since it was so well done.

We used Flawless Construction for an extensive home renovation in Medford, MA. The scope of work for our project included 2 bathroom additions, a kitchen renovation, and hardwood floor installation. Murilo met with us multiple times to understand what work we were envisioning, and gave us comprehensive, transparent, and competitive quotes for the work involved. Murilo and his team handled all permit applications and coordinated all inspections required throughout the entire project. My partner and I picked out, purchased, and inventoried most of the finishing materials for the project on-site, including kitchen appliances, tile, grout, vanity, faucets, toilets, cabinets, and sinks. Murilo and his subcontractors handled procurement of all construction materials and hardwood required. Murilo’s subcontractors were all professional, friendly, and did high quality work. In the few occasions when we pointed out to Murilo mistakes or workmanship that wasn’t up to our standards, he’d almost always make sure it was corrected at no additional cost to us to make things right. We put our deposit down in mid-July and submitted our final payment just before Christmas, so the entire project was completed in about 5 months – but the bulk of the work was completed earlier and in the order that we had dictated (we wanted the hardwood floors and kitchen prioritized ahead of the bathrooms, since we had an existing bathroom that was still functional). Murilo communicated with us via group text throughout the project to keep us looped in on how work was progressing. He also stopped by to walk through the final bill in person (we added some scope over the course of the project, as you do), and also hand-delivered a personal gift at the end of our project. We’ve already recommended him to multiple of our friends in the area considering renovation work, and are happy customers who are glad that we chose to work with him on this renovation! Note that Murilo does not handle shower glass – we used Luxe and were very happy with them.

We recently completed a major renovation of our first single-family home with Flawless Construction Company, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Murilo, the owner, and his team were professional, dedicated, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. One of the things we appreciated most was Murilo’s willingness to listen to our input and adjust the project details accordingly. Fixing the flooring on our second floor turned out to be a much more challenging task than anticipated. Murilo and his team did a great job on a long list of exterior renovations that were needed on our home. They did roofing, carpentry, exterior painting, and copper gutter installation. Murilo is a great communicator and takes a lot of pride in his work. The exterior painters were especially good. We know that our home not only looks beautiful but the work will stand the test of time. We would definitely hire Flawless Construction again.
