I specialize in creating your cake dreams come into reality! Utilizing the best quality ingredients and creating all cakes from scratch, I'll create for you the gorgeous centerpiece of your exceptional day. I work with fondant and buttercream to bring your cake dreams to life!
I'll create custom cake pops, cakes, cupcakes and cookies for any occasion such as birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, holidays, wedding showers, weddings, and any other reason you could need a cake for! Gloria made my two tiered wedding cake to perfection! It was lemon zest on the bottom tier and strawberry shortcake on the top. My wedding guests raved about how delicious it was. The cake presentation was beautiful- exactly as I had hoped for. Thank you Gloria!! I highly recommend Sweet Creations!

Gloria did a fantastic job on my brother's wedding cake. Her fondant work is excellent and the fondant actually tastes good too, which isn't usually the case. The taste of the chocolate cake seemed to be a little off from what I had at the cake testing, but her buttercream frosting and chocolate mousse are to die for. I would definitely recommend Gloria!
