I can’t say enough good things about Saul! He truly came to the rescue after a previous plumber misdiagnosed the issue, claiming I needed a replaced wax ring, when in fact, the toilet was cracked. Saul not only correctly identified the problem but went above and beyond by picking up new toilets and installing them efficiently. I wouldn't hire him again. He supposedly fixed my hot water pressure in my bathroom, but 2 days later, the water pressure was back to being low. He said we would return to take a look at it to make sure it's fixed properly, but he never kept his word.
