Rod came to my home and installed a new modem (removing Comcast's) and a new router. I was experiencing buffering issue while streaming, Amazon devices had a serious lag in response time and often commands needed to be repeated and they just failed to work properly. After he completed his work, I let everything run for a week and am just in awe at how wonderful it is all working.
