Ty is/was amazing! He came and assessed all of our pest control needs! He explained the process meticulously and made sure we were happy/satisfied throughout the entire process!! We will definitely stay with him for maintenance and if any other issues arise!

Very friendly now I'm just waiting to see if the problem is fixed. He did a walk around my house and found any entry holes that rodent could enter. Also put down traps.

I would definitely recommend Pro Pest Control. Anthony came out quickly and sealed up holes in our home and placed the bait boxes in many different areas and answered all our questions. He said to give it 2 weeks to work and we noticed a huge difference. We had originally hired Orkin and that was a big mistake.

We had two highly active and dangerous yellow jacket nests within ten feet of each other. The nests were located at the main entrance to our home making it very dangerous to be in the area. After having a bat in our house we went to Thumbtack to find a pest control expert. They contacted me within 24 hours, and showed up to my house the day later. They thoroughly inspected the home for bat colonies, and found none. They were insightful and offered suggestions as to how the bat could have entered the home. They showed up within their 2 hour window as we agreed. There is nothing they could have done better, hence the 5 star rating. If I have a problem with rodents or pests in the future I will be going back to them.
