Tanika M. says, "We were taken back by a raccoon somehow getting in our church building (as we kept getting a call from our Security Alarm agents, that movement was taken place inside of the church) with watchful eyes of the cameras I suddenly saw movement which looked at first to me like a cat. However, quickly I discovered it was a raccoon. To make a long story short. I spoke with Matt and he came right out, The same day. He was very prompt and courteous with the details and extremely affordable. He set the traps indoor and outdoor and actually went above and beyond. He found the entryways that the raccoon possibly used to access entry into our building and went to work after he fully checked the crawl space as well as the attic space and all floor levels. He was phenomenal! He checked the traps almost daily FAITHFULLY and not only did he catch the raccoon he caught two possums. We were so thrilled and thankful. Even after the catches (Apex Wildlife Services) Mr. Matt still kept his word of keeping the traps set up for even an extra week to be sure there weren’t more catches. He also took down old entryway (after explaining the rotted wood situation to us) and built and attached two new crawl space doors. Which look absolutely fantastic in the pictures below. And he will be doing some more projects for the help of protecting our building from any wildlife getting in as for future protection. We are so grateful. If you are in need of any assistance. I live near a creek. I do not have river rats but my neighbors have had them. Wanting to prevent them in my house, I hired Robert Scott, owner of Avexium, a highly skilled and experienced rodent control expert. He applied a roof exclusion which is a metal strip at the roofline which block rats and other rodents from entering the attic. Robert applied wire mesh to a wall of lattice-designed bricks on the wall of my attached utility room. He also plugged all holes with mesh and an exclusion-type caulk to keep animals from entering my home through those tiny entrance-ways. If that wasn't enough, Robert's previous experience as a general contractor gives him a grounding in house construction unlike his competitors. After completing the rodent exclusion work, he added a few wooden supports, purlins, inside my attic roof which had never been placed in the attic above a finished carport. I found Robert to be an exceptionally hard-working, courteous gentleman with a work-ethic that won't quit until the job is done in an excellent fashion. I can't recommend him highly enough!!!
