I stumbled upon Boston Event Diva's while planning my wedding and I can honestly say that hiring Jen was the best and easiest decision I made throughout the planning process. She was so easy to work with, incredibly accommodating and made all of my visions & dreams come to life. While I only used her as my florist, I urge anyone needing a wedding day coordinator to hire Jen as well. The amount of time and effort that she put into the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and all the ceremony & reception arrangements leads me to believe that she puts her entire heart into her work... and you in return will have the most beautiful wedding from start to finish. I can not say enough great things about Boston Event Diva's. Plus, one week after my wedding I still have a beautiful and healthy hydrangea centerpiece sitting on the island in my kitchen still looking as beautiful as they did on the day of my wedding!

We had a great experience with John Boardman catering our event last week. John was wonderful and helpful both online and on the phone as we were planning the menu. John ended up doing a slider bar and beautiful crudité platters for us. John delivered these to our home personally. He was very helpful with heating and serving instructions and very generous with the portions and left us serving utensils as well. John did a beautiful job. the presentation was great. We would definitely use John again for another event!

Belle was amazing! As an event planner, I had turned to Belle to help me bring my client's vision to a reality and she came through 100%! She listened to my needs and offered her expertise and together came up with a great design. She came early the day of the event and set up with her team and then took down afterwards....I felt spoiled as she handled everything. Will defiantly work with her again!! Coastal Music Services was everything we wanted and so much more. We were running a family oriented outdoor fundraiser. Nancy knew just the music to play to keep the energy up. She ran interactive dances with the kids and was an outstanding MC. I’ve worked with many DJs and entertainers. Coastal Music Services is the gold standard. They will listen to your needs and tailor the music etc so that you get what you want for your special day. They understand people, crowds and what works at events, Oh and they came with a bubble machine and a very professional setup. Hire Coastal Music Services! I know I’ll never need to find another DJ. Nancy is the best!!!!!

Yvonne was simply amazing! From the initial contact and all the follow up, her professionalism and execution left nothing for want. We wanted to have our wedding at our family farm, which required more planning than a typical venue, and she was lock-step with us the entire way, from an early visit to scope the property and plan logistics, to suggestions for vendors along the way, to ultimately delivering a fantastic, unforgettable day for our 180+ guests. She made the day run so smoothly, corralling people into the right places at the right times (which was a feat given our venue had multiple rooms and lots of outdoor space), while making sure my now husband and I were taken care of and felt great. I cannot describe how thankful I am to have had her help on our wedding day, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone getting married in the area (or who is willing to fly her out) :)

Kelly did the day of coordination for my wedding, and all the pre-work to prepare for the day. She helped find additional staff, suggest vendors, and essentially anything I asked of her. Kelly was truly amazing and saved my wedding in so many ways! From the moment I hired Kelly, she gave me peace of mind and assurance that everything will be perfect. There is a lot of effort and coordination that goes into making a wedding, Kelly was right there with me along the way. As somebody who has orchestrated many events, she gave thoughtful suggestions to ensure my event was planned perfectly. She was always in contact, answered all my emails promptly, and calmed every worry and question I had prior to my wedding. She went over my plan and wishes in great detail to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted everything. The day of she was a wedding saver. I got everything I planned executed as requested and the event ran without any issues (at least none I was award of), Kelly did that great of a job. I spent my wedding day dancing, enjoying the wedding I dreamed of, and visiting my family and friends, while Kelly worked extremely hard to ensure everything went as planned. She did an outstanding job and my wedding day was beyond my expectations. Thank you Kelly for everything that you did and all the things I don't know about, you were truly one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning!

Everyone needs the Professional Maid of Honor at their wedding or event! Katelynn took initiative in so many ways before and on the day of my wedding. Leading up to the event, Katelynn was a great listener. She heard and understood what I envisioned for the day when other people didn't, she helped me think thorough back up plans in case of rain, and when the day came she coordinated everything seamlessly. It's true what everyone says, your wedding day flys by! Having Katelynn there allowed my husband and I to spend more time chatting with our guests. While we were enjoying ourselves, Katelynn made sure the day flowed as planned. She started the transition from cocktail hour to dinner, made sure our speakers were ready to give their toasts, transitioned us into the dance hall after dinner, and so much more. I could go on forever about all the helpful things Katelynn did on our wedding day. What I loved most about working with her was her fun and positive attitude. She took on every change or task without hesitation. Any stress or worry we had about the wedding day running smoothly disappeared once we found and talked with Katelynn. I would recommend The Professional Maid of Honor to anyone and everyone! You will not be disappointed when you hire Katelynn. My fiancee and I had one simple request to keep our wedding planning and wedding day stress free. Amanda has more than exceeded our expectations. She saved us a lot of money, providing props, design recommendations, averted so many foreseeable crises months before the wedding started. She was flexible with my family's needs, and collaborated with my in-laws in wedding preparations. She ended every call with "Let me know if you can think of anything else you need..." She missed our rehearsal dinner after our rather awful florist messed up our flowers last minute. Amanda was almost like a part of our family, honoring both my needs and my family's, finding peaceful solutions where she could. The wedding turned was like a fairytale. For someone as laidback and almost absent in my wedding planning, Amanda stepped up and turned what I thought was going to be a beautiful day into an extraordinary experience for me and my now husband! I received a lot more food than I thought. It was perfect, because I didn't know how many people were going to show up to this event. I was very happy with the surprise fruit salad. I heard a lot of compliments from guests on your potato salad, one quote was "Your potato salad is the *edited* BOMB!" Then I got "Hot damn this chicken falls off the bone, that's when you know it's good!" No, Michelle, I didn't take credit. :) I did tell loads of people who had catered the event. :) Thank you...very much.

Phedora did an outstanding job at my wife 40th birthday party. I outlined my thoughts to her on what I wanted and she took care of every detail down to making sure at the end of the party our cars were packed with the gifts and sent us on our way. Jessica planned the perfect and more importantly, organized weekend for my Bachelorette party in Nashville. She was patient with my demands and desires for how I envisioned the weekend going and planned all of the events, meals and activities around the things I wanted to do. She would give me restaurant options and I would go back and forth with her about which I preferred and the same thing for where to get drinks and which bars we wanted to go to. She knew which live music and rooftop bars had the best environment and was able to suggest what she thought we would like. When trying to plan a trip for 20 girls it can be really difficult to find a price balance and obtain reservations, however, Jessica was able to make it work flawlessly. She was honest and cautious about how much certain things would cost and organized a payment method that worked for all of the 20 girls attending. This took such a HUGE weight off of everyones shoulders, especially mine! Before landing in Nashville, each girl knew how much each meal would cost and each activity so that they were able to plan accordingly and there would be absolutely NO surprises. There was a spreadsheet and everything. She also found the perfect Airbnb for our group and made sure the place was decorated with pictures and other bachelorette decor. It was in the best location of town. Planning a weekend with a lot of friends can be really difficult and sometimes awkward (money is a tough conversation) and Jessica was able to navigate this aspect for me perfectly. I can not recommend enough having Jessica help plan your Bachelorette party! All of my girl friends who were there said it was the most organized and fun weekend they had ever been on. They all wanted to make sure Jessica could now help them plan theirs! She is direct, patient, organized and was able to make it one of the best weekends of my life! I could NEVER have done this weekend without her help!!

Samantha was such a pleasure to work with! She is detail oriented, has great vision, and stays calm under pressure. The fundraising event she coordinated was a huge hit all around and with Samantha leading the way there was no doubt it would bring lots of people in to support the cause.
