I do NOT teach swim lessons. I notice a lot of people wantithis. I am NOT a swim instructor. I don't judge any other professional, everyone is different and teaches differently with the same results. I love what I do, I love to help people achieve their goals and made some very dear friends a long the way. Most of my clients I have had for more than 5 years. Meeting people and showing them what they can accomplish. I love to see the smile on someone's face when they finish a 5K, or someone when they say they can't lift a certain weight. It's very rewarding. And prepare to be my friend for life. lol

Hired on Thumbtack

Kathy was very pleasant. I felt comfortable with her. She arrived on time. At my request, Kathy worked on exercises to help my balance, and improve my osteopenia. I was impressed that Kathy wrote down a list of exercises I could work on in between her visits.

Kathy has personal trained me and I have also taken her group exercise classes including spinning, weight training, kickboxing, boot camp, etc., for many years. I love working with her because she pushes you to work hard and gives you the confidence you need to go the distance. She is also very knowledgeable with injuries and knows how to stretch and exercise the body to prevent injuries and also aid in their healing. I had a sore back once while training with her and she knew exactly what to do. I give her 5 stars because she has taken me above and beyond my goals.

Kathy is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with which is why I have continued to work with her for five years and we are still going strong. Kathy sincerely loves working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. She is equally excited about training seniors who want to remain active and limber to training younger clients for a marathon and everyone in between. In addition to being extremely knowledgable about the field, patient and caring, she is great fun to work with. Kathy continues to amaze me in how well-informed she is about the health issues that I have presented to her throughout our years together. She has also always been exceptionally flexible in her willingness to modify my program and adjust our training schedule to meet my current needs. When you train with Kathy it is apparent that she genuinely loves what she does and that she has chosen the right career. I would recommend Kathy to you without any reservation.

Kathy is amazing!! I have been working with her for almost eight years. We began shortly after I had a total hip replacement . I wanted to be certain that the personal trainer I chose was well versed in the anatomy of the body. Her name kept coming up as I asked others for a referral. Kathy has worked with me twice a week and has been very skillful In working all muscle groups pushing me but never going too far!!!? She is easy to work with and flexible.We do the training in my home and she is always on time. I strongly suggest you consider using her as your personal Trainer . She is very supportive and gives encouragement along the way. My physical condition continues to improve every week!!!!

I have been training with Kathy for over 6 years. She helped me with recovery from two hand surgeries. And continues to successfully maintain a work out that inables me to manage a chronic back condition. She is very knowledgable on all aspects of physical fitness.
