Michael has been tutoring my son in Algebra and daughter for SAT testing. His patience and ability to teach them not just how to break down math problems but why is amazing. My daughter in particular is not happy just knowing how to do something she wants to understand the logic behind it. He does an excellent job helping her with this. Moving on to English part of SAT test next and will update.

I had Daryl as an SAT tutor in preparation for the old SAT (the one still being administered). Daryl was very professional but also understanding in terms of scheduling and homework conflicts. Her advice was honest and helpful and she was patient when she had to explain things for what felt like the umpteenth time. I had such a positive experience especially for the relatively low cost and although I haven't received my scores yet, I certainly felt more confident and prepared while taking the test and firmly believe my scores will reflect how much Daryl helped me to improve. I would recommend her services to anyone planning to take the SAT's.

Club Z has been nothing but amazing to me. The whole experience, from the enrollment to the actual tutoring, has been nothing short of fantastic. The company is very professional, friendly, and accommodative, and you immediately get a sense that the tutors really want to see you succeed. With the actual tutoring I've achieved fabulous results, raising my test scores a substantial amount. Tutors are very friendly, making tutoring and communicating easy and stress free. Linda has tutored two of my sons over the last five years. My older son was able to improve his SAT scores as well as perfect his college application essay. He got into his first college choice. My younger son had problems expressing himself in writing and started working with Linda in 8th grade. Later he studied with Linda for ACT and got into his first college choice. Overall I was impressed with Linda's professionalism, great energy and great rapport with kids. They loved studying with her. In addition I could always rely on Linda being up to date on latest changes in SAT/ACT tests, which was tremendously helpful last year. We all feel very fortunate to have Linda as our ' Language Coach'.

Clare has been my math tutor for a year. She has given me the confidence to not be afraid that I will fail at my tests and also help me understand my homework. Plus we have fun! She gives me other web sites that I use to practice math. I like that we can Skype because she can answer my calls whenever I need her help.

Jim tutored my daughters for a very important math test for over 2 hours today. He is very smart, funny, and easy going which made them both feel less nervous to begin with. Also, he gave them very important pointers for the test and encouraged them that they will do well. I highly recommend him to everyone

About

There are a number of things I do that stand out. First, I'm not out to make a big profit from this. You get the amount of service you need, and meet the goals that are realistic, at a reasonable price. There is nobody, and I do mean NOBODY! who can teach some learning disabled kids better, faster, and to the best of their abilities than I can. I have recommendations from professional peers, a recent supervisor, and parents that will tell you that, time and time again. I can - when conditions are right - teach people how to tell which hand is which, In ONE TO FOUR MINUTES. These are severely dyslexic people, who have NEVER been able to tell their right hand from their left, through ages 11 to 21. Sound impossible? It's real. I travel to you, unless you'd rather meet somewhere central, like a local library. So much of what you pay goes to car expense. To balance costs, I use longer tutoring sessions of 1 to 2 hours per session, and fewer sessions, when possible. When you can't sit that long, we take short breaks and / or have shorter sessions anyway.
