I had major ice damage last winter. After a summer long nightmare dealing with contractors that made the roof a part time summer job, I parted ways with them and found Mike on this site to completely replace the ceiling sheetrock and some other work. He only asked if was OK if he worked after 5pm to complete each day's work. Total time to tear out ceilings, replace,tape,mud, sand and paint 7 rooms was 2 weeks.Last day was reinsulating the attic.He travelled 45 miles to get here and was here at 7:30 am until done each day, and worked alone, except for the insulation, when his lovely wife fed the bags into the machine while he was up in the attic spraying it. All work was done as promised, on time, and at the agreed price, including a few extra's throw in. Would highly recommend.Great work ethic, which is getting harder to find nowadays.

Josh and his team are very professional and do great work. I hired them for the following jobs: Insulation of my porch. This reduced the cold a great deal in the winter and keeps it cooler in the summer. They put a wall up in my basement to make an additional room. This was done quickly, inexpensively, and well. They did a drop ceiling for me. They were the lowest quote I got and the work came out perfectly. There were other minor repairs I had Josh and his team do while they were working on the project and they were always quick to help. Very professional, worked hard, always concerned about noise and cleaning up after each day of insulating our attic with spray foam insulation. As a general contractor Martin was also able to remove 5 attic vents on a high roof (2 were large, motorized vents) and then patch and feather in new architectural shingles before insulating the underside in the attic, that was a big plus to have one person able to complete two very different jobs in terms of price and scheduling. We are hiring him again January 2015 to renovate our basement which will include construction of a high-end spa bathroom since he can do all the work that entails as well as being experienced in glass installation for the new shower. Martin brings a variety of necessary skills and experience to everything we've discussed with him so far, he's also a former structural engineer, making him perfect when hiring a contractor with his breadth of knowledge.
