Our pricing is clear and all-inclusive — no surprise add-ons or hidden fees. Our Shield General Pest Initial Service starts at $275, which includes a full inspection, interior and exterior treatment, and a 14-day follow-up. Monthly or bi-monthly maintenance plans start at $70 per visit, and we offer veteran, first responder, and bundled service discounts. We do offer one-time service options as well. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a comprehensive property inspection to identify the pests, entry points, and conditions that cause infestations. After explaining our findings, we apply a full Shield treatment both indoors and outdoors to eliminate current pests and create a strong barrier around your home. Within 14 days, we follow up to ensure everything is under control and discuss options for ongoing protection through a maintenance plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed pest management professional servicing both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with specialized training in rodent exclusion, integrated pest management (IPM), and safe pesticide application. As a veteran-owned business, I bring discipline, reliability, and attention to detail to every job. All treatments are performed using EPA-approved, family- and pet-safe products.
