If your confidence has been lost when you are speaking English because of your pronunciation, I strongly recommend you meet Bren McElroy. She is a very experienced teacher: In her lessons, she coaches you how use tongue, lips, teeth, and air to pronounce correctly. It is very practical, so I could recognize my progress quickly; in just the first 15 minutes, she identified my pronunciation weak points and effectively guided me through an efficient process to overcome my pronunciation difficulties. Bren is enthusiastic and she encourages me which helps my confidence when speaking English. Every lesson is fun!
I brought my son to Robin when he was 4. I was hoping that he could learn twinkle twinkle and a little bit about the piano. What we got was so much more. My son loves the piano and is so proud of his accomplishments. With Robin's teaching he got good fast and he can't wait to see what he can do next. Piano was only a small part of what he learns. He is learning to speak to an audience, accept applause, be a good audience, personal integrity, and so much more. I was so impressed with how easy she made learning the piano I started taking lessons at age 42. I am also proud of how far I have come. For the first time ever I feel like I am really learning what is being taught and I can finally see a time when I can play the way I always dreamed I could. This is something I share with my son and we inspire and encourage each other! If you really want to give your child or yourself the gift of music, I would recommend Robin to be your guide, teacher, and cheerleader.
From my daughter's first lesson, she knew Danielle was the one for her. The growth in her skills and voice control have been incredible.
I started taking voice lessons for the first time earlier this year with Sirkka. Ive always wanted to learn how to sing properly, but was a bit nervous. Sirkka is a supportive but honest teacher, with a great knowledge base shes good at translating and putting to work for beginners like me. Shes helped me expand my range, get a better ear, and gain confidence.
Lexi has worked with both of our children. She taught them privately and at a theatre camp for 11 years. Her understanding of children and their psyche along with her vast knowledge of the theatre is something that everyone should have the privilege to experience.
One of the best decisions I made was to bring my 9 year old daughter in to start voice lessons with Holly. Over the past four year I have seen her work harder for Holly than she probably does for any other activity she is part of. Her voice has grown stronger, her range had grown bigger, her stage presence has changed dramatically (and is still getting better) and her confidence has soared. Holly does not take her teaching lightly. She works hard and expects her students to work just as hard. She also takes a vested interest (and definite pride) in the success and growth of each of her students.
Maire is an amazing vocal instructor! She's very knowledgeable about the singing process and knows how to teach it in a way that anyone can understand and be able to find their voice. I enjoyed my weekly lessons with Maire, these times were my sort of getaway from the hassles and stress of life and just sing. Lessons with her were confidence boosters for me as she was so encouraging, helped me to be more confident in my voice and it even spread to confidence in myself. She has an amazing personality and it shows in her lessons how passionate she is about others and music. I'm grateful for my time as her student and glad to have her as a friend. I can't thank her enough!
Sarah has been helping me to improve my acting for over a year now. It has been an incredible experience. She lead me to discover skills that I never knew I had, encouraged me to try new things, and challenged my ability and what I thought I knew about theater. She also was an incredible aid in teaching me about theater as a whole including how to audition. Overall, I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who wants to improve their acting skills.

Michael's acting coaching combines multiple acting techniques (Viewpoints, Meisner, Linklater, Chekhov) to bring the actor closer to a fully embodied, moment-to-moment experinece with their text. Michael has a gift--he is able to keep the actor out of their head by creating an enviornment of play where there is no judgement. A session with him will leave you feeling refreshed and confident with the work.
