Ocean Zen Yoga, Reiki and Reflexology

Introduction: I can teach private or group gentle yoga. I was trained in iyengar style yoga which is safe and effective for everyone. I have taught in studios as well as companies and organizations. My classes are fun and educational. My background includes being a certified traditional Reiki Master and i can teach as well as do treatments. I am also a body worker trained at The New England Institute for Reflexology. I work on hands, arms , feet and lower Legs. My work has been featured in The Boston Globe and on WBZ radio.
