- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is collecting Information. We collect all primary information about your move, such as: 1. When would you like to move? 2. Where are you moving from and to? 3. How many floors will items be moved from and to? 4. What type of buildings you move out and move in (private house, elevator building, etc.); 5. What size of move do you have (room or less, studio, one-bedroom, etc.)? 6. Do you have bulky items: piano, lawnmower, snow machine, safe, items over 300 lbs? If you can send us an inventory list, it will help us provide you with a more accurate estimate quote. The second step is Estimating a Quote. Based on the collected information, we calculate an estimate quote, which includes: 1. Hourly Rate (depending on the date of your move); 2. Travel time; 3. Estimate labor time (includes loading, the way between your locations, unloading, and travel fee); 4. Estimate quote. Third step - Confirmation As soon as we receive your information, we will create your move in our database. To reserve and confirm your moving date, truck, and movers, we require a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your balance on your moving day; These three simple steps will help you to choose a worthy contractor and for us - to perform your work quickly, accurately, and professionally
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The learning process consists of several stages: 1. Safety instruction; 2. We provide educational photos and videos for new members of our team; 3. Practical training. We have a specific training room where our experienced team member shows how to protect and carry furniture; 4. For the first couple of days, new employees work in our warehouse to understand the moving processes; 5. The last step - a real job with an experienced team. Moving is like any other industry. We learn something new every day, and each new member brings something new to us from other companies, so we never stop improving our service quality.
