My name is Jerry Fitzgerald I spent 20 yrs in Special Ops working overseas doing what I was trained to do. I was a hand to hand combat instructor for the air force police academy for future police officers to make sure they can pass my course of several techniques and maneuverers to get me on the ground and in handcuffs in less than 10 seconds. Then I went to weapon specialist school and spent the rest of my 18 yrs overseas in special ops. I was actively involved in 3 well known wars but also involved in many active conflicts overseas that were classified. Now I am retired and take my experience to teach children, teenagers, and adults how to fight the right way and win every fight in less than 10 seconds guaranteed. Parents hire me to teach their children as early as 7 yrs old how to fight because they are being picked on or bullied at school or online. Not only do I teach them how to fight and win the fight in less than 10 seconds but how to be build up your self confidence, self respect, and self worth, and hyper vigilance. Parents also hire me before they send their children off the boarding school, prep school, military school, or college so they know that their child knows how to fight and win every fight that they might encounter male or female. I teach at the YMCA, Colleges, Youth Centers, and at peoples residence, house, condo, apartment, or dorm. My rate is $75.00 per lesson for 1 person which takes 60-90 mins, 2-4 clients $50.00 per person, 5-9 clients $$40.00 per person, 10 or more $20.00 per person. I will teach you how to get out of the following holds: 1 handed grab, 2 handed grab, headlock, reverse headlock, full nelson, bear hug, and the police choke hold. You will not only be able to get out of these specific holds but get your attacker to the ground in less than 10 seconds. I will teach you what to do with your attacker while they are on the ground so they wont get back up to attack you again.
