Ted and Lauren at ECMD have been managing property for us for almost 3 years. It has been a pleasure working with them as they combine an institutional background with a personal touch in everything they do. It is rare to find a property manager with as much integrity as ECMD. They are forthright, honest and extremely hard working. Ted has done a great job leasing units at our building and pushing rents to new levels, while Lauren is a wiz when it comes to accounting, back office operations and logistics. The books every month are tight and every cent can be tracked. For a property 10-75 units, ECMD offers the best value proposition in the market and maybe even more importantly, they are great people. We would highly recommend ECMD for both residential and commercial property management in the Boston area.
