Eric came to our house to cater a dinner for my family of 7 to celebrate my parent's anniversary. He served six courses and the menu was Italian themed. He was very professional and easy to work with. The food was delicious and tasted fresh and homemade. It was such a nice celebration for my family and I. We would all highly recommend Eric to anyone in the future!! Thank you Eric!

Food was good; could have been served more attractively. Service staff a little lax especially in retrieving used plates and utensils. Cleanup was inadequate. Eric needs to hone his business skills and boost his confidence. Staff needs to dress the part.

    I have been in the food industry for 15 years, several in high quality resorts and kitchens. I have a Bachelors degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management and I am currently online at Johnson & Wales perusing my MBA with a concentration in hospitality.
