Latest Review: I’ve been working with AJ since October and he motivates you to work harder every day. He is extremely knowledgeable and customizes the fitness plan to meet your specific needs. He coaches men, women both abled and disabled. I’ve benefited more over the past 5 month with AJ than the last 6 years on my own.

Latest Review: I’ve worked with Danielle and found her very knowledgeable and caring. We concentrated on balance and flexibility and targeting specific muscle groups. Her workouts are fun and challenging but always different which made training something to look forward to instead of a chore.

Latest Review: I worked with Ryan for two months, during which time he helped me transform from 'skinny fat' to fit! I'm now 32, and I have not felt this good in a bathing suit since high school. Through coaching me on healthy eating and a combination of weight training and cardio, Ryan finally helped me gain strength and lose the bulk or my back and stomach fat (other areas too, but those were my biggest problem areas), which had been slowing increasing for years. I also benefitted immensely from Ryan's PT background in ways I didn't even anticipate. Working with someone who truly understands the body's mechanisms made a tremendous difference for me, as Ryan was able to help me safely work around an injury I sustained unrelated to training, and get me back to 100%. I would definitely still be contending with this injury were it not for Ryan's guidance and expertise. I started with Ryan admittedly just wanting to look better, and came away not only having accomplished that, but feeling a million times better as well. Most importantly, Ryan is committed to my success not only while training with him, but for the long term. My only regret is not doing this sooner. It's an investment, but one that will pay big dividends provided you're committed to putting in the work. This has really changed my life. Thanks for everything, Ryan!!

Latest Review: I started training with Billy in Jan 2017 after losing 50 pounds on Weight Watchers. I interviewed other trainers at the time but never found a good fit. Upon meeting Billy for the first time, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and experience about nutrition, strength training, anatomy, and overall fitness. He is an excellent listener and employs routines and strategies that support his client's goals / needs. Little did I know that I would reach my goal weight (lose another 30 lbs for total 80 lb loss), succeed in strength training taking me to new personal records that I never dreamed of (deadlifts, etc...), firm up body and run my very first 5K within 6-7 months of starting to work with Billy. I have had a few injuries (shoulder, back) from extracurricular sports that have required physical therapy. Billy understands PT's approach, is happy to communicate & build plans with them, and then modifies our routine to support PT objectives while continuing to stay on a path supporting strength training and overall fitness. I plan to continue working with New School Fitness / Billy on a regular basis (training for "Tough Mudder" or possibly "Spartan" - can't believe it - so amazing). After such a successful, and fun, first year training with Billy, I am happy to highly recommend "New School Fitness".

Latest Review: I couldn't be happier with the training experience I have had with Geoff. He is clearly knowledgeable and skilled at his profession, but also is kind, warm, and funny to interact with. He is motivating without being militant, and really goes the extra mile to help his clients succeed. Even though his workouts can kick my butt, I look forward to our sessions because he makes them fun -- and I've already helped me achieve tangible results. I highly recommend Geoff!

Latest Review: If convenience, motivation and progress is what you need (rather than a fancy gym membership you never use), then Slava is your guy. I couldn't recommend him more highly. My wife and I have been training with Slava for about 8 months. As a personal trainer who works out at our house he's the perfect motivator for us. We are busy professional parents who have been active in the past but who lack time and self-motivation -- Slava has got me in better shape than I've been since my twenties. As a parent of young kids himself he understands how busy life can be -- but that doesn't mean he lets you slack off. The workouts are tough, but never too tough. He knows just how much to push you. He also mixes up the routines so they never get boring. I'm just stunned by how much my fitness has improved -- I've dropped a pant size, run a half marathon in my best time in 10 years, massively improved my functional fitness, and feel excited to exercise. He's also very supportive and works with a wide range of clients helping them improve their fitness. He always shows up on time (even at 5.30am), goes above and beyond in being responsive, and works around my schedule when I'm traveling. In summary: an outstanding experience.

Latest Review: I have been training with Nick since July of 2014. I trained with him twice a week at Today's Fitness, and at his new facility, I have joined his new High Intensity Interval Training bootcamp. Nick has always been great with me. Each workout focuses on a different major muscle group with always changing exercises (no two workouts have been the same). After each session, he tells me what workouts I should do on my own before our next session. This, combined with his nutrition advice, I have had a major change in body composition over the last 8 months. The proof is in the pudding as they say.
