Kyie has been my trainer for over a year now. I had my daughter 5 years ago and I had always worked out prior to that. After having her, it was so hard to stay motivated and make time to go to the gym. A friend of mine told me he was training with Kyie so I got Kyie’s information. I started a few weeks later. There have been times when I wanted to quit, but Kyie has always been there motivating me even when I didn’t believe in myself. If you want a trainer to keep you motivated and to make you believe in yourself, Kyie does that and more. He’s always there with nutritional information too! I’m getting my body back and I know without his support, nothing would have changed for me. Kyie, if you see this, your the man! Thanks for everything!!

I’ve been working with Tammy for 5 weeks once a week for 30 minutes and I’m already down one size! Tammy is inspirational, she motivates you, and encourages you! As somebody who isn’t athletic, she guides you with great tips on nutrition and exercises everybody can do! I’m starting to do twice a week this week! Tammy is an amazing trainer, whether you want to tone up a little, or for a lifestyle change, Tammy is the person you want training you!

Antrofit is hands down the best training company you will find. Johnny Loretti is an absolute beast in every sense of the word. His knowledge, experience and excitement for his job were all things that helped take my body to the next level. From his meal plans to training routines, he transformed my body into exactly what I was looking for (in a fraction of the time I thought it would take). He is there at a drop of a hat to answer all of my questions and always makes sure I'm feeling my best. I highly recommend using Anthrofit and Johnny - I promise you will thank yourself.

I’ve been training with Lou for a little over two months now after stumbling upon Thumbtack and couldn’t be happier with my decision on going forward with training with him. Starting off I’m by no means a fitness freak or an athlete, just wanted to get into better shape to improve doing the activities I enjoy such as hiking. After working with Lou for this short amount of time I’ve seen amazing gains in my endurance and strength, I’ve revisited locations that I’ve hiked and its crazy how much the training has assisted in my ability to carry more weight and trek longer distances. As others have stated Lou is extremely knowledgeable, which is proven through his individually customized programs for each session making each work-out new, never boring and positively challenging. The guy just really knows his craft, he’ll explain every maneuver’s benefits to the physiological level. On top of this Lou is like your nutritional guide book, you have a question about something he knows the answer or he will find it for you. This is great for when you need help (like myself) on altering your diet and what foods to try to lose weight and get the most out of your workouts. I have to echo what others have said in terms of recommending Lou for anybody, not only because of what I’ve listed above but because he takes training seriously (in a good way) and makes sure you do not injure yourself and performing everything with proper weight/technique. I guess I could write more but truly, give him a shot you won’t regret it.

I have a very busy schedule and I was deprioritizing my health for years. I would go to the gym and eat good in phases and never really make a lifestyle change to make it consistent. Enter Debi. Working with Debi has been one of my best decisions. She was exactly what I've been looking for and needed in order for me to make my health a priority and make a lifestyle change. I've always loved lifting weights, but the amount of information on the internet and the do's and dont's that go with lifting always made it challenging to take it a step further. Deb puts safety first and helps you develop the correct technique for each exercise. She matches the amount of weight and exercise with the look you're going for. My training sessions with Debi are fun and exciting and I always look forward to them. I've only been training with Debi for about 4 weeks and I already feel so much better. Do yourself a favor and let Debi into your life!

I started training with Billy in Jan 2017 after losing 50 pounds on Weight Watchers. I interviewed other trainers at the time but never found a good fit. Upon meeting Billy for the first time, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and experience about nutrition, strength training, anatomy, and overall fitness. He is an excellent listener and employs routines and strategies that support his client's goals / needs. Little did I know that I would reach my goal weight (lose another 30 lbs for total 80 lb loss), succeed in strength training taking me to new personal records that I never dreamed of (deadlifts, etc...), firm up body and run my very first 5K within 6-7 months of starting to work with Billy. I have had a few injuries (shoulder, back) from extracurricular sports that have required physical therapy. Billy understands PT's approach, is happy to communicate & build plans with them, and then modifies our routine to support PT objectives while continuing to stay on a path supporting strength training and overall fitness. I plan to continue working with New School Fitness / Billy on a regular basis (training for "Tough Mudder" or possibly "Spartan" - can't believe it - so amazing). After such a successful, and fun, first year training with Billy, I am happy to highly recommend "New School Fitness".

It has been almost 6 months and counting since I started working with Ross as my trainer and I am still just as enthusiastic about my workouts and working with Ross. I am a 41 year old, working mother of two and I have not been in this good of shape since I was on the swim team in high school. I have worked with four different trainers over the past two years now and Ross is by far the best. When I started with Ross, I didn't have any specific goals or even a strong drive to make any major changes, but he subtly helped me develop goals and before I even knew it, I was suddenly super motivated to accomplish them! I've gone down 2 sizes and I feel so healthy and strong. He even motivated me to start exercising outside of our training time, which is great! The best part about working with Ross is that he doesn't make it feel like work. He always working different muscle groups and changing up the exercises I do. Every workout there is some new challenge or variation that I haven't tried before. Further, he was able to sense the kinds of exercises I like and don't like and he tailors the workout accordingly, while still being sure to work all muscle groups. He is exceptionally good at reading you during the workout to maximize the benefit from each exercise. Other trainers I have had would say, "Do 10 of this."; Ross tells you to start an exercise and he watches you closely and tells you to stop when you start to fatigue and just before your form starts to falter. This is actually a better way to exercise because it not based on an arbitrary number, but rather works the muscle to it's limit. Ross is great about checking form to make sure that you don't hurt yourself. He is careful not to give someone exercises that they cannot handle yet, or that need perfect form to execute without injury. I've had other trainers push me into lifting heavy weights over my head and I ended up hurting my back multiple times. On a personal note, Ross is a wonderful guy. He is a lot of fun to talk to and that makes the workouts go by so fast! I'm often disappointed when my time is up. So different from a cardio workout where I am counting the minutes until it is over! For anyone wanting to get in shape and feel healthy and strong, I cannot recommend working with Ross enough. I have done all kinds of cardio workouts for years (running, kickboxing, spin, etc) but it wasn't until I started building muscle that I really felt better and noticed a positive difference in my body. I can tell that I have truly changed my metabolism in the past 6 months. Now I look back and wonder why I didn't do this years ago. How could I have let myself get so fat? (Spoiler alert: answer = children) Honestly, in the end it was a pretty easy solution. All it took was a few hours a week, lots of new Lululemon clothes and one amazing trainer!! He has had a direct, very positive impact on my life and I cannot thank him enough!!

I started training with Will in the first week of January . Not just as a New Years resution but more like a lifestyle change. I explained my weakness to him about sticking to a plan and committing to working out alone. So we started of right away with training 2/3 times a week and a complete nutritional change. I must admit I was skeptical but more because I never had been able to stick it out for longer than 2 weeks. I Lost 13 lbs in the first 3 weeks. I gained so much energy and drive to stay healthy and focused. Thanx to Will who makes it fun and torture at the same time to work out. He is def strickt and keeps pushing you to the end and 2 more . I wouldn't be able to stay focused unless I get pushed like that. Anybody who wants to train hard and take this serious Will is your guy. I just signed up for the second term. I highly recommend Will .

Janey is amazing. His enthusiasm, professionalism and fun attitude completely changed my perspective on personal training. For less than two months, I have developed so much confidence on weight training/ interval training and really started to see results of my training. My legs have gotten much stronger and I have lost two pounds of fat in exchange for muscles. Most importantly, I have developed a habit of going to the gym even outside our personal training sessions. When I first met Cara, I knew I wanted to work with her. We got along, and I loved her energy. Her 18+ year experience shows in her knowledge about meal plans, posing and workouts. I had given her a tough task to compete in my first show 6 weeks out. Some said it wasn't possible, but I was confident that she would get me there in a safe and healthy way. She really cares about training her clients the right way, preserving muscle and cutting the fat, and eating! Every time I had a question or reached out to her, she was responsive, no matter what time it was. The day of my competition, she specially requested a breakfast for me, hand delivered it to my hotel room, and rushed back to the hotel room when I realized I forgot my jewelry. She always went that extra mile. Long story short, I reached my competition body fat/weight goal in time. I can't wait to start training again for my next shows with Cara! I highly recommend her to anyone who is competing in their first show, or who is thinking about switching to a new coach.

I suffer from fibromyalgia and Sarah’s training has helped not only to get my body toned fast, but also to manage my symptoms. I’ve improved a lot with my joint pain and in less than a month, I saw a huge difference in my body. Sarah is also extremely nice, and knows a lot about training, as well as maintaining a healthy diet. She really does give results fast.

More than just your typical trainer. I've had my share of experiences hiring personal trainers to act as accountability guides and motivators, but Everett stands apart from the rest. His holistic approach to wellness combines the physical with the mental/emotional to help create a better balance for your entire life OUTSIDE of the 1:1 sessions. Functional pattern training is unlike training in a gym or any of the typical exercises you might see in a franchise wellness center or in exercise videos. It goes beyond doing an "arbitrary" exercise well, and focuses on creating strength and capability of movement for your daily life. When I first started working with Everett a year ago I was at absolute zero. I know people often say things like that in testimonials, but I could not even adjust my body position while seated without getting winded. I wasn't walking upright, and I was folded in on myself, slowly collapsing under my physical and psychological weight. I didn't want or need someone who would make me do uncomfortable exercises despite my frustrations and pains, and Everett is nothing like that. I've never been forced to do something I didn't want to do, and if anything causes a sense of discomfort or unease, we stop to discuss it and figure out the resistance underneath it so we both have a better understanding of myself. For the first time in my 39 years I am walking with correct posture and my head held high. It has nothing to do with my weight and everything to do with how he's taught by example with patience, kindness, and gentle corrective guidance. Household chores are now easier because my body has been learning how to move properly, and daily movement is so vastly different it's like I'm living in an entirely different body than I was before I started working with Everett. I cannot recommend him enough as a personal trainer, a coach, or as a fine example of a human being you will ever meet.
