- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic Membership $100 a month to train on your own in our facility includes coaching guidance, nutritional tips, spotting when needed. Group training is $150 a month for 2 classes per week, or $175 for unlimited classes per week Personal training starts at $45 a session between the hrs of 11am and 2pm its $35 a session. We also do small group training of 4 people or less for just $250 a month for three private training session a week. For new members only we have deals on our group training sessions: $69 for 10 classes $89 for 15 classes All group training and private training is cost only, no membership fees, not contract to sign no automatic payments
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with medical and physical history check list. Move on to a fitness evaluation to identify strengths and weaknesses and imbalances in the body as well as a flexibility evaluation. All this to determine the proper way to approach your fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
International Sports Science Association certified personal trainer. Received the Fitness leadership award Received Master Trainer Certificate Continuing education certificates to include, Muscle Mastery of the lower and upper body.
