Nilza and her team gave me a new lease on life. We are well on our way to me achieving the seemingly impossible goal of creating a serene environment after a serious of unfortunate medical adventures put me in survival mode. Cheery, efficient, helpful with a desire to help me create order from chaos. We aren’t finished yet, but well on our way. So far we did a first pass on the master and guest bedrooms and the garage and storage area. I shouldn’t praise her as much. I really don’t want to have to compete for her calendar. She’s that good.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions last for 4 hours. If you need less than that, price will be according to the distance between where I am and the place I will drive . FROM NOVEMBER 2023 - When a client hires me I am going to ask for a $50 (non refundable) if the client cancels. Of course this amount will be put down when you have the service done. This deposit is for me to lock that time for the clients. Some clients schedule and all of nowhere they cancel one day before the service is scheduled.
