I've known Mr. Donati since before I can remember and I've taken lessons with him since I was 10 years old. He Is a fantastic instructor for people of all ages. He has taught me guitar and violin, and for a very brief time piano, and he always found ways to incorporate my love of singing into my lessons. He truly goes the extra mile to make sure you are enjoying the music you're making. He takes into consideration the types of music you enjoy and incorporates them into your lessons. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work and is very patient, He loves to see you grow in all areas of music, even if it's not particularly something that he taught you. He has been very accommodating scheduling lessons and overall i've had an excellent experience growing as a musician with his help:)

I have a 7 years old girl who plays the violin and she has been taking violin lesson with Angel for 2 years. Absolutely, she LOVES the lesson with him. His professionalism and experience with kids make the lesson so valuable. I can see when my daughter plays the violin, her sound, tone quality and even posture improved so much. I strongly recommend him if you are thinking of the lesson for your children. As far as I know, he is the BEST teacher and musician!! plus, he is always on time for the lesson.

My first guitar instructor was my dad back when I was about ten years old. Fast forward about thirty years to 2003 when I started taking guitar lessons from Steve. You learn more than just playing a guitar with Steve. He teaches you how to read music and about music theory. You will appreciate other genres of music and maybe even a different instrument or two. I now have a mandolin and ukelele (along with a few guitars) that Steve is also teaching me how to play. I started lessons with Steve on a whime and am glad that I did. It has been a wonderful experience learning more about music and how to play an instrument. And I owe Steve a great deal of thanks and credit for making this experience fun.

At over 60, taking violin lessons for the first time could have been painful. Laura makes sure that it isn't. I love learning from her. She is a gifted teacher and talented musician who knows how to adjust lessons to the individual student and encourage without lecturing. I highly recommmend her for either performance or instruction...for any aged student!

Our extensive search for well rounded teacher who is great with kids is finally over. Ms. Kim has brought my kid to the next level where she is having fun learning to play the violin rather feeling as extra circular activity. She looks forward to her lesson every week.

David was a great teacher! It was clear he had a great understanding and expertise in the fundamentals of the violin and absolutely knew how to build a person up from the ground up skill-set wise. He provided some great music which taught me well and I was able to excel quickly based on the music he provided and the lessons he taught me. He had a very pleasant demeanor and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone starting off new with the violin.

Julian has been a great influence on my daughter’s musical growth. He holds her to an appropriately high standard while keeping the lessons fun and engaging. My daughter loves her lessons and the comprehensive practice strategy Julian provides. He has increased her endurance for practicing which has allowed her to make some significant technical leaps. Since working with Julian I’ve seen improvements in her technique and her commitment to her violin. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional violin instruction!

Ms Gurfinkel is an extraordinary teacher. I have been taking lessons from her on a weekly basis for half a year now and my violin playing skills have grown tremendously. A little bit about myself, I am 24 years old, and I had been playing violin for two years when I was in middle school, and when I came to Ms Gurfinkel I had been on a hiatus for almost a decade. Ms Gurfinkel was able to see where my skill level was and taylor her teaching to my needs. She will give you challenging piece to practice but within your abilities. She know basically every classic piece so if there is one specific piece that you really want to learn, she can teach you! She is very nice, if you practiced the previous week, haha. If you haven't been practicing enough, she can tell and she will be strict on you, which is a good thing. And by enough practice, I mean generally one to two hours a day, around ten hours per week. If you want to take your violin playing to the next level, or if you want to start learning violin, come take lessons from Ms Gurfinkel, you won't be disappointed.
