The problem turned out to be a stubborn blockage with roots in the drain line. The technician took the time to properly diagnose the issue, used different methods to clear the blockage, and ran a camera through the line to make sure the problem was actually resolved. What really impressed me was that they didn’t just guess or try to sell me unnecessary work, they kept working until they found the source of the problem and got everything flowing properly again. The difference is night and day. Everything is draining normally now, and after dealing with this problem for a while, it’s a huge relief. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and persistent. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone dealing with a difficult drain or sewer problem. 5 stars!"See more

I was impressed by how responsive they were and was able to schedule a Monday morning appointment. The technicians arrived within the promised time window.Unfortunately, the first technician crew sent were overwhelmed by the issue. After taking photos he repeatedly presented authorization forms and charges before even explaining the problem or proposed solution if any would even be viable. Despite being informed that an electrician had already verified the wiring, he kept suggesting and pushing that the issue is electrical and he clearly uncertain about the next steps.To Addario's credit, once the situation was escalated, a supervisor quickly recognized that a different skill set was needed and reassigned the job to another team. The replacement technicians were outstandingprofessional, knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough. They quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the repairs and costs, and worked diligently for several hours to restore our hot water. They also took the time to explain follow-up recommendations to prevent future problems.The final cost was close to $900, which is significant, but given the emergency nature of being without hot water, I needed the issue resolved quickly.
