My coaching is structured monthly — not session-based. Most clients invest between $650–$1,200 per month depending on frequency and structure. I do not offer per-session pricing or discount packages. The focus is long-term consistency and measurable progress, not short-term training blocks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I run a structured monthly coaching model. Step 1: Brief alignment call to clarify goals, schedule, and training history. Step 2: Movement assessment and baseline metrics. Step 3: Personalized strength & mobility framework installed. Step 4: Weekly structured check-ins + one focused live session per week. This is not session-based training. It’s a performance container built for consistency and long-term progress.
