FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with people looking to get in better shape, eat healthier, prepare for sporting events, improve their body composition, and have more energy and clarity as they go about their day. My approach is a cross training for human growth and physical health, incorporating all aspects of your body, mind and soul. My goal is to help you outgrow old ways of being and move into new stages of development that enhance your awareness and aliveness in life.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who truly sees, accepts, and promotes your true, real, and whole self; it's the most important aspect of a vibrant wellness practice. Sure, experience and credentials are important, but the personality and philosophy of the trainer can make all the difference. If the trainer doesn't honor your values, views and goals, then even the most qualified person on the planet will be of little help.
