My main objectives were to lose weight, tone important areas and learn key routinely exercises. Jeffrey helped me achieve all this and more! Nutritional advice and practical ways towards better health needs were just a few among the additional benefits I gained with Jeffrey. I've only had a few sessions with Jeffrey, but I already feel my body is healthier and more fit since we've started our sessions. He keeps me on track and his workouts are very efficient. He motivates you to keep working hard and at the same time knows each persons limit. I honestly feel he's the perfect trainer for me.

Jeffrey is my first personal trainer, and I was admittedly hesitant going into the experience. Working out has never been "fun" for me, and I have always felt very intimidated by the gym. Jeffrey has made the transition very easy for me both mentally and physically. He has a clear understanding of the body as well as the mental connection to creating excellent overall health. The knowledge he brings to the table, along with an outstanding positive demeanor, make him a really fun and inspiring trainer. Jeffrey pushes me to explore the possibilities my body can achieve with hard work, a thoughtful diet, attention to the body's physical needs, and a solid mental connection to the work at hand.     I work with people looking to get in better shape, eat healthier, prepare for sporting events, improve their body composition, and have more energy and clarity as they go about their day. My approach is a “cross training” for human growth and physical health, incorporating all aspects of your body, mind and soul. My goal is to help you outgrow old ways of being and move into new stages of development that enhance your awareness and aliveness in life.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Find someone who truly sees, accepts, and promotes your true, real, and whole self; it's the most important aspect of a vibrant wellness practice. Sure, experience and credentials are important, but the personality and philosophy of the trainer can make all the difference. If the trainer doesn't honor your values, views and goals, then even the most qualified person on the planet will be of little help.
