- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, an hour massage is 145. If there is travel involved farther than 15 miles, an additional fee is added. We give discounts for packages, multiple massages in the same visit and to clients who have their own table.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask several questions about your past experience with massage; what worked, what didn't and find out what your areas of concern are, both for today's session, and long term. We have an in depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology, so are sure any condition you have is safe to be massaged before working on you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our therapists have a minimum of 500 hours of training and most are in the 900-1450 hour range with many having over a decade of experience in the field. Several of our therapists also are instructors of massage therapy at a prominent Los Angeles massage school.
