Al Mathews says, "8 weeks ago I decided to refresh my kitchen with new appliances, I am a first time homeowner with no clue to what the simple act of buying new appliances entailed. I got recommendations and I made appointments with not 1 but 3 plumber/electricians, I confirmed 3 appointments the day before and got 3 no shows. I decided that I probably could do this myself, because seriously how hard could it be So I went out and ordered my new appliances and was informed what a delivery person could and couldn't do and what needed to be done to be up to code So I went home and panic emailed the first couple of handymen that popped up in the Google search as well as a couple of community pages in my area, because my appliances where going to be delivered in 3 days In less than an hour my phone rang and a voice said hi, I'm Mr Fix It, how can I help? So in my panicked state I told him what was going on, in less than an hour he was at my door assessing my situation. He walked me through what needed to be done, he purchased the disposal that needed to be replaced, as well as the power box for the stove, he and his partner Alex removed the old appliances and made sure that everything was ready for delivery of the new appliances the day before and was there as soon they were delivered to finish up the installation, and only rolled his eyes upon realizing I forgot about the range hood Mr Fix It is the best and I highly recommend"See more
