- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is based on a monthly membership for clients. Although amount of training volumes vary the price is the same. We charge $50/session for our small group for month to month memberships and $45/session for our small group 12 month membership.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We typically offer new clients a chance to come in and try our 15 day kickstarter for $59. It allows them to connect with our community, try out our Small Group Training and get used to our program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Myself and my staff is certified through Personal Training organizations that have been accredited through the NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies) standards for education. This would include ACE, NASM, ISSA, NSCA Personal Training certifications. We have thousands of hours of personal training experience with clients with varying goals and issues.
