If I could give Pietro and his company 6 stars- I would do so without hesitation! The man is amazing- got me out of a tough spot with a dishonest renovation contractor, and was able to fill my vacancy with top notch renters when another realtor had let it sit vacant for months. He is hard working, available,responsive,and a total breath of fresh air in the real estate/ property management field. As I have told him- I wish you could be cloned and your clones fill all businesses. :) with the same work ethic and honesty.

I highly recommend YIF because they always get the job done in all the services they provide. Boston is a landlord's market and I have dealt with numerous landlords in the past who didn't respond to maintenance issues, and know many other Boston renters who experience the same thing. Over 2.5 years, I have used both YIF Management's property management and real estate agent services. As a tenant at Newton Park for 2 years, the property management services have been impressive. YIF always responded to my maintenance requests within 24 hours and they work hard to fix any issues within a week. They also do a good job maintaining the yard all summer and promptly plow the streets and parking lots all winter. When I purchased a condo at Newton Park this year, YIF/Chase Realty was my buyer's agent; they represented me well and looked out for my best interests. I was able to close within 3 months, and as a condo owner, I am happy to continue to use YIF services for all my maintenance issues.

Kyle has been managing properties for my family for approximately 9 years. He has done an excellent job for us. Urgent repairs and maintenance are taken care of immediately. He also responds immediately to any questions or requests that we may have. Kyle has great judgement on what needs to be done and when/if he needs our input. He has great knowledge of real estate market environment and does due diligence by requesting for multiple quotes for repair/maintenance work. I highly recommend him as a property manager.

Tim Shanahan and his staff at Merrimack Realty Group Realty were initially property managers for my property and were incredibly helpful when managing the property. They handled every issue that came up and I knew that everything would be handled by them in a professional, cost effective manner and I felt very comfortable leaving it up to them. When I sold the property through them as my realtor it sold within a month and it went so smoothly and I was amazed at their ability to get everything done in a timely and efficient manner, which assured me that I chose the right group to represent me. Of the 7 properties I have sold through the years this one with Tim Shanahan and his staff, especially CJ, was by far the easiest, stressless sale and closing I ever had to deal with. I met Robert on first appointment and he appeared genuine, sincere and knowledgeable. He is also detail oriented. I was generally impressed and excited at the opportunity to work with him as my property manager going forward. Given he works for himself and not a big real estate company has both minuses and pluses- for my sake, the pluses outweigh the minuses, that includes offering personalized service to satisfy both my needs and that of the tenants. Still cannot rate the services though, until I have been able to assess how he delivers, so the star rating is based on first impression minus real service
